Profile 

2D and 3D artist with 20+ years experience designing and making glass art, overseeing glass studio equipment operations and facilitating glass art education of all levels. Well versed in both traditional off-hand glassblowing / vessel making techniques as well as contemporary and experimental hot glass sculpting methods. Other areas of expertise include cold and warm glass working processes, metal fabrication, professional gaffing for art and multi-person team glassmaking, site specific/ commission art glass design, fabrication and project management.

2013-2020 Studio & Project Manager at St. Petersburg Glassworks, St. Petersburg, FL -Lead gaffer for artist Duncan McClellan,  created and implemented educational hot glass programming offered to college students and the public through company’s educational non-profit DMG School Project.

2008-2013 Maho Bay Recycled Glass Studio, St. John, USVI -Gaffer and instructor. Performed public glassblowing demonstrations and designed studio products.
